How these reviews are collected

• Each review comes from a private, single-use link sent only to an enrolled student or parent — so every reviewer is a real Maths with Ankush family.
• Ankush can approve or reply to a review, but cannot edit what the reviewer wrote.
• Reviews are declined only if they contain personal information or abusive language — never for being critical.
• The overall rating is calculated from every approved review, including lower ratings.
